Fun Fact: It has a creeping, rooty base with upright, unbranched stems.

Introduction: Thin-walled obeliak (Obelia dichotoma) possess a creeping, rooty base which support upright, unbranched stems. Polyps are protected by hydrothecae.

Distribution: Terrace Bay, Torra Bay, Henties Bay, Wlozkasbaken, Jakkalsputz, Swakopmund and Luderitz.

Diet: Minuscule ocean dwellers

Colouration: Pale pink to white

Breeding: Flask-shaped reproductive bodies are 3 times the size of the hydrothecae

Max size: Stems 10mm long
