Distribution: From Victoria Falls east through the Zambezi Region (formerly the Caprivi Strip) as far as 'Owamboland'.

Breeding/Larval food: Not confirmed.

Colouration: Large conspicuous black spots with broad rear-marginal borders.

On the wing: Flies throughout the year.

Wingspan: Approx 50mm.
