Last night, Europe switched to summer time. The clocks were set forward one hour from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. This means it is now the same time in Europe as in Namibia (see current time in Windhoek). During winter time Europe is always one hour behind.
The switch to daylight saving time (CEST, see the Wikipedia article) always takes place on the last Sunday in March. On the last Sunday in October, Europe moves its clocks back one hour to winter time (CET).
Namibia, however, abolished its time change in 2017 (more information about Namibian time in the 'Travel Advice' section of Namibian.org). Since then, Central African Time (CAT) has been in use in Namibia all year round.
Therefore, tourists from Europe flying to Namibia between the end of March and the end of October do not need to adjust their watches after landing in Windhoek. For flights between the end of October and the end of March, they should do what Europe did last night: set their clocks forward by one hour.
