This deep sea fishing day trip targets the game fish which inhabit Namibian waters, these include snoek, yellow tail, mackerel and blue shark. In order to find these species you will be fishing at a distance of up to 25km from shore and at depths of around 200 meters.
Most of the game fish we target are caught on artificial lures while trwling at slow speeds. Once we have a bite the excitement begins. A typical snoek can weigh anything between 3 to 6kg and can put up quite a fight.
The deep sea fishing trip leaves from the Mole in Swakopmund between 7.30 and 8.30 and after a day on the ocean return and around 3pm.
