The Windhoek Hilton is a large hotel whose variety of rooms will suit almost every guest. Hilton is, of course, a name brand hotel so it does not disappoint. But for the price, we felt Villa Vista was better value by miles!
very good hotel in the downtown but on the street to airport. We had an early morning flight and it was easy to go to the airport at 5 in the morning.
Excellent hotel but ordinary. We would have preferred to stay at Hotel Heiniztburg which has character. This is where we dined both nights in Windhoek.
We spent 1 night here, unfortunately being the weekend, so everything was closed. The hotel was older but comfortable & staff very helpful and friendly.
Luxury indeed. Love the pool. The construction and parking setup is somewhat confusing, so to the porter service. The rooms were lovely though and the staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints.
Although the hotel was lovely, great rooms etc the staff were terrible. The customer service at reception, in the bar and at breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced. For the Hilton brand it was a real disappointment.
Very good - apart from our information pack was waiting for us but we had to ask two different people on different days before it was found! They were good in offering to phone the airport if necessary to help us with out lost luggage problem. The pool area was very busy though, with limited space.
