Parking space is limited for big 4x4's with offroad trailers. As for the rest, all was good and in order.

Comfortable and conveniently located. A sensible first stop to gear ourselves up for the more remote areas ahead.

Very good accommodation. Friendly and helpful. Only negative was the downstairs room we were given on our second visit. It was airless and damp and we were kept awake by a bad smell from the drains. Also, it would be nice if the owners banned smoking around the pool.

A lovely atmosphere with very friendly service. The rooms are neat and provide all the basic necessities. The option of the self catering kitchen is a real bonus, especially when you've been travelling all day and just want to relax next to the pool. I would recommend this establishment to all.

Rivendell is situated at 40 Beethoven Street in the suburb of Windhoek West.
