The atmosphere is familiar and for us it is very important that our guests are feeling welcome and nicely looked after
These are honest reviews, both good and bad, from our travellers who visited this property.
Lovely and peaceful place to stay in Windhoek; nice and clean rooms, very helpful ladies at the reception
Building site next door so noisy and dusty. Pool quite grotty. Friendly enough but not sure Id visit again.
Very nice place; we were treated like royalty; everyone there seemed to care and want us to have great experience
Acceptable place to stay in Windhoek but nothing special. Staff were very pleasent. A good distance from the city centre.
Well loooked after, appreciated having all our vouchers provided in welcome envelope complete with g reat book on Namibia
Great B&B with a delicious breakfast and polite service. Would recommend to others and would use again. Clean, spacious with nicely decorated rooms & grounds.
It was really a surprise. Even in a low budget category, this place was really nice, with a nice pool and also rooms were very nice and big. Staff is really really nice.
The hotel was fine the two times we were there but the woman at the front desk did not follow through. She was to make a dinner reservation for us for New Year's Eve and did not do it.
Very Good and staff very helpful. They had arranged our transfer from the airport which was very efficient. They also prepared lunch packs for us the next day which were very good value.
This hotel would have been a lot better if they had air conditioning, difficult to sleep at night. The hotel is a little way out of town, so if you had no transport would have been difficult to get into town.
Clean and convenient location. Staff friendly and breakfast really good. The rooms could really do with updating though - our toilet was leaking everywhere and the decor is really dated. However, good value and perfectly functional.
OK... we were grateful for the good bed and shower. Ended up having to book an extra night there as our luggage was left in Ethiopia. Looking back at the rest of our time here, it was the least inspiring place but still good for a first night.
Disappointing on many levels. Breakfast options are limited. I had to be move to different rooms multiple times. TV's in none of my rooms worked. Shower heads so corroded that I couldn't shower and needed to keep moving rooms. TV's not repaired and radios not working etc.
