A little out of the city center but amazing niche hotel with an extremely friendly owner who cares about his customers. Great dinner food.
The rooms were basic, but Sam makes dinner for guests (extra charge). The dinner was excellent. In fact it was so good we ate there both nights.
Tidy accommodation, and after a late arrival (long day driving) we were offered a light dinner (dinner being well and truly over), which was much appreciated.
Wouldn't have found this myself..... but we all liked staying with the Swiss owner. Award winning cooking, We would visit the chosen accomodations again, so thank you for helping us all the way.
Nothing wrong with Sams really - a bit outdated and out of town. Our problem was 4 nights in Swakopmund with the constant gloom of the MIST - MMM not our best 4 days. Really felt that maybe Walvis Bay would have been better ( for 2 nights only) nice waterfront and most trips seem to go from there.
