These are honest reviews, both good and bad, from our travellers who visited this property.
My wife and I had a bungalow right next to the river. It was wonderful. owner and staff did a very good job.
Beautiful lodge, situated in a perfect spot for Epupa! Very nice couple managing the lodge! Very, very nice!!
The lodge is fine and in a beautyful position but the Himba escursion is just too much turistic and commercial
Fritz is in the beginning a bit cool but after that facade was a friendly man. the bathroom of the camping site is very nice.
Fantastic great rooms on river great meals great staff tour himba village very good rafting great fun a very pleasant place to break the trip up
Everything perfect! Location, accommodation, the food and especially the owners very kind and supportive. One of the best place with kalahari and Erindi
Great camp grounds and facilities, very friendly personell. People do however wander into camp to beg and sell stuff. Still at a degree one can accept, but if the frequency increase it'll be annoying.
We loved that place. Beautiful surroundings and calm and easy.We had a lot of fun with the bartender Petrus. The visit to the Himba village was very exiting for us and one of the best experiences we had.
This is a beautiful campsite right on the banks of the river, sublime. The sites are large and shady and private. It was so peaceful , we also ate in the restaurant here and the food was excellent. There is a lovely pool and bar area , thoroughly enjoyed this campsite. 9/10
Take the C43 north to Epupa Falls. Omarunga Camp is situated on the eastern side (upstream) of the falls, this is the second property you encounter as you enter the settlement of Epupa (and it is well signposted)
