These are honest reviews, both good and bad, from our travellers who visited this property.
Once you get there, the place is beautiful, but the 15 km road leading to it is in pretty rough shape. Make sure that you arrive there by daylight,
A very friendly place. The staff were really helpful and made us feel part of the family. The horse riding was excellent and helping herd the horses on our first day was a highlight for our children.
Wonderful experience and our favorite lodge / hotel / resort. Hosts offered to take us on guided walks and the company and food was excellent. Probably not for everyone as part of the Lodge experience is interaction with other guests and the hosts.
Etusis lodge was fine, a little out dated but everything worked. Staff were pleasant and joined us for meals. The only comments we had was the 16km road to the lodge wasn`t great and the facility was a cattle farm with game and not a game reserve - maybe we didn`t read the data sheet correctly.
Etusis Lodge is situated 36km south-west from Karibib. Follow the C32(G77) for 20km and then turn onto the P1954 - follow this for 16 km and you will arrive at the lodgeDownload Map
