Introduction: Spotted Spreadwing (Lestes tridens) carry 3 teeth in the inner margins of each of the male's upper appendages. Frequents pans, pools and grassy ponds.
Distribution: Only 2 species have been collected near Tsumkwe.
Colouration: Similar to Cryptic Spreadwing in colouration.
Breeding: Little is known of this species' breeding habits.
Flight season: December.
Conservation: Not threatened.
