Introduction: Long-tailed worm lizards (Dalophia longicauda) are a largish species that resemble the blunt-tailed worm lizard. They prefer the moist alluvial soils along permanent river courses.
Colouring: A fleshy-pink uniform body colour has light grey speckles on body and tail.
Breeding: Reproductive habits are not known for this species.
Size: Max SVL 365mm.
